Hi, my name is Tara,

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist by training. But unlike I learned in grad school, my mission is not to “cure” you - because I don’t believe you are sick. Instead, my intention is to create a safe space for you, so that you can turn within - back to your innate wisdom - and begin to heal yourself.

There may not be a simple solution to the pain and trauma that comes with being human, but once we understand that we are deeply wired for connection - aka, that biologically speaking, we are still tribal by nature - it can help us create a whole new paradigm for understanding. My intention is to support you on this path. To help you remember. So that - from this place of deep alignment - you can create the health, money, relationships, success and life of your dreams.

Tara was raised in LA. She got her Bachelors in Political Economy from Pitzer College, and her Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from USC in 2005.

Over the last 16 years, Tara has worked everywhere from community mental health clinics and psychiatric wards, to high-end residential facilities with professional athletes and celebrities.

She also has an extensive research background, including in the field of addiction, and has worked on NIH (National Institute of Health) funded studies, and as part of research teams at both USC and UCLA.
